Operated Truck & Equipment Rentals

Complete your project with the help of Wm. Groves Limited. We have an array of operated trucks and equipment available to rent. Some of our more popular options include loaders, tractor backhoes, dozers, graders, various sizes of dump trucks and a fleet of excavators, ranging in size from mini to large, three-yard versions. To make your jobsite as productive as possible, we have all the associated equipment attachments, including compactors and hammers of various sizes.

Fully Trained & Licensed Operators

Our equipment operators have been fully trained and licensed to operate all of our mobile equipment and vehicles. All operators and drivers operate vehicles and equipment in a safe manner and in accordance with all company policies, laws, procedures and in compliance with the safety rules set forth by the on-site contractor.

Vehicles & Equipment

Wm. Groves Limited offers an assortment of operated vehicles and equipment to rent for construction projects in the Greater Hamilton Area. All vehicles and equipment are inspected daily to ensure the safety of your jobsite. To comply with the Highway Traffic Act Regulation 199/07 and the Drive Clean program of the Ontario Ministry of Environment, our vehicles also undergo regular emissions tests. Tests are conducted on trucks and equipment, whether they are under or over the 4,500 kg gross vehicle weight (GVW) rating and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

On-site maintenance and routine inspections are carried out by our mechanics, ensuring the requirements set forth by the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) and relevant manufacturers are followed.

Hydraulic Backhoes & Dump Truck Fleet

To perform installations and repairs, we can utilize our hydraulic backhoes (3/8- to three-yard machines) and our fleet of dump trucks

Pickup Trucks

We proudly use diesel-powered Ford® pickup trucks that are equipped with exhaust-trapping filters. Not only does this practice help reduce fuel, it is a simple way to maintain our commitment to environmental sustainability.
